Terms of Use

Last updated: 18 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and R.B.A ("we", "us") about the Blackjack 21 Ace game ("the game"). By tapping "I agree" or by playing, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not play.

1. Who may play

You must be at least 18 years old, and old enough to gamble legally where you live if that age is higher. By playing you confirm this.

You may not play where games like this one are against the law. You are responsible for knowing the law where you are.

The game is not made for children and is not aimed at them.

2. This is not gambling

The game is for entertainment purposes only. It is a social casino-style card game, made for fun and for practising blackjack.

You cannot win real money, prizes, or anything of real-world value. There is no cash out.

Doing well in the game does not mean you will do well at real-money gambling.

3. Chips and other game items

Chips, levels, experience points, battle pass stages and rewards, titles, avatars and every other item in the game ("game items") exist only inside the game.

Game items have no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for money, sold, traded, transferred to another person, or redeemed for anything outside the game - not by us and not by anyone else. Any attempt to do so breaks these terms.

You do not own game items. We give you a personal, limited right to use them in the game, which we may change or end.

We may change, rebalance, limit or remove game items, prices, rewards and odds at any time - for example to fix a mistake or keep the game fair.

Your progress is kept on your phone. If you delete the app, delete your data, lose or reset your phone, your progress and game items may be lost, and we cannot restore them.

4. Purchases (when available)

We may offer chips or other game items for real money. Payment is handled by the App Store or Google Play under their terms; we never see your payment details.

A purchase buys a licence to use game items in the game only. It is not a deposit and cannot be refunded as cash, except where the law or the store's own refund policy says otherwise. Refund requests go to the store you paid through.

Game items you buy are delivered right away. If you live in the EU or the UK, you agree that delivery starts immediately and that you therefore lose your right to cancel once it has started.

Buying is never needed to play. Parents: purchases can be blocked in the phone's store settings.

5. Free spins, random rewards and ads

Some rewards, like the lucky wheel, are decided at random. They are free: they are never sold for money. The chances of each result are shown in the game.

The game shows ads: videos you can choose to watch for free chips or a wheel spin, and a short video before a lucky spin when your chips have run out.

6. Your player name

Your player name may be shown to other players (for example on a world board, when available). Do not use a name that is offensive, hateful, sexual, pretends to be someone else, uses someone else's brand, or contains personal details such as a phone number.

We may change or remove a name that breaks this rule, or remove the player from the board.

7. Fair play

Do not cheat. This includes changing the app or its saved data, using bots or tools that play for you, abusing a bug or glitch, or getting around the game's limits.

Do not copy, change, reverse-engineer or resell the game, except where the law allows it no matter what these terms say.

If you break these rules we may reset or remove your progress and game items, remove you from boards, or stop you from playing.

8. Play responsibly

Take breaks and keep the game fun. If you feel that gambling - in any form - is becoming a problem for you or someone close to you, please ask for help. Free, confidential support is available, for example at gamblingtherapy.org (worldwide), BeGambleAware.org (UK) or 1-800-GAMBLER (USA), or from a local support service.

9. Who owns the game

The game, its code, art, sounds, texts and design belong to us or to those who licensed them to us, and are protected by law. Other than the right to play described here, you get no rights in them.

Blackjack is a traditional card game that belongs to everyone. The game is not connected to, endorsed by or sponsored by any casino, gaming company, or the makers of any casino table game.

The software and assets made by others that the game uses are listed under "Credits & licences".

10. Changes, updates and ending the game

We may update the game, change features, or stop offering it, with or without notice. We will try to give reasonable notice before we close the game for good.

We may change these terms. If a change matters, we will show it in the game and ask you to agree again. If you do not agree, please stop playing.

11. No guarantees

The game is provided "as is" and "as available". As far as the law allows, we make no promises that it will always work, be free of errors, or keep your progress.

12. Limits on our responsibility

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or unexpected loss or damage, or for lost progress or game items. Our total responsibility to you for anything connected with the game is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 50 if you paid nothing.

Nothing in these terms limits responsibility that cannot be limited by law, or takes away rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.

13. Your responsibility to us

If you break these terms or the law while using the game - for example with an offensive or infringing player name, or by cheating or misusing the game - and someone makes a claim against us because of it, you agree to cover the reasonable costs, damages and legal fees that result, as far as the law allows.

14. The law that applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in Israel will hear any dispute - unless the law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.

15. App Store users

If you downloaded the game from Apple's App Store: these terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the game, its support, or any claim about it. If the game fails to match any warranty that applies, you may tell Apple, and Apple may refund the price you paid for the app; Apple has no other warranty duty. Apple and its subsidiaries may enforce these terms against you. You confirm you are not in a country under a U.S. Government embargo and are not on a U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 18 October 2026

This policy explains what information the Blackjack 21 Ace game ("the game") uses, where it is kept, and your choices. The game is made by R.B.A ("we", "us"). In short: your game stays on your phone and we do not collect information about you ourselves, unless you choose to send us a report (section 5). The game shows ads from Google AdMob, which uses some device information, as explained in section 4.

1. What is kept on your phone

To keep your game going, the game saves on your phone: your chips, level, progress, statistics, missions, settings, the player name and avatar you chose, and a random player number made on your phone.

We also save that you confirmed you are 18 or older and agreed to the terms, with the date. We do not keep your date of birth.

This information stays on your phone. It is not sent to us, except for what is in a report you choose to send (section 5).

2. Game updates

The game downloads its own updates from Expo (expo.dev), the service it is built with. To do this your phone connects to Expo's servers, which, like any website, receive technical details such as your IP address, the phone's system, and the app's version. Expo uses them only to deliver the update. See Expo's privacy policy at expo.dev/privacy.

3. The app stores

Apple (App Store) and Google (Google Play) may collect information when you download or use apps, such as crash reports and download statistics, under their own privacy policies. We may see this information only as totals that do not identify you.

4. Ads (Google AdMob)

The game shows video ads from Google AdMob (Google LLC). You choose to watch them - for free chips or a wheel spin - and one plays before a lucky spin when your chips have run out. We never show ads in the middle of a hand.

To show and measure ads, Google may collect your phone's advertising ID, IP address, device details and how you interact with the ads. Google uses this under its own privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy, and policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

In the EU, the UK and Switzerland you are asked for your consent before personalised ads are shown, and you can change your choice. Everywhere, you can reset your advertising ID or turn off personalised ads in your phone's settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads; iPhone: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking).

We do not receive any of this information about you from Google - only totals, such as how many ads were shown.

Ads for real-money gambling are blocked, and ads are never aimed at children.

5. Reports you send us

If something goes wrong, or you have an idea, you can send us a report from the menu (Report a problem). A report is sent only when you press Send.

A report contains: the topic you chose, what you wrote, the game's version and update, your phone's model and system version, and the hand that was on the table (the cards, the bets, your chips and the table's rules). It does not contain your name, your player name, your player number or your advertising ID. Please do not write personal details in a report.

Reports are received through Google Forms and kept in our Google account (Google LLC, policies.google.com/privacy). Like any website, Google receives your IP address when a report is sent; we do not see it.

We use reports only to fix and improve the game. We delete them when they are no longer needed, and after 24 months at the latest.

6. Features that are coming

These features are not active yet. Before any of them is switched on, this policy will be updated and you will be asked to agree again, and where the law requires it, to give your consent:

• World board: your random player number, your player name and your daily score would be sent to our database provider (Supabase) so other players can see the rankings.

• Purchases: payment is handled by Apple or Google; we would receive only a receipt confirming the purchase, possibly through a purchase-handling service (such as RevenueCat).

• Cloud save: your progress could be saved to your Google or Apple account so you can keep it on a new phone.

7. Children

The game is for adults aged 18 and over. It is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. Players who say they are younger cannot play.

8. What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information. Apart from what Google AdMob collects to show ads (section 4) and the reports you choose to send (section 5), nothing about you is shared with anyone. We do not ask for your real name, email, contacts, location, photos, camera or microphone.

9. How long it is kept, and deleting it

Your information stays on your phone until you delete it. You can delete everything at any time: Profile → Delete all my data, or simply uninstall the game.

A report you sent us is kept as section 5 says. To have it deleted sooner, contact us by email at r.b.a.app977@gmail.com and tell us when you sent it.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example in the EU, the UK, Israel or California), you may have the right to know what information is held about you, to see it, correct it, delete it, or object to how it is used, and to complain to your data protection authority. Apart from reports you chose to send (section 5), the game keeps your information on your phone, so you already hold all of it; for anything else, contact us by email at r.b.a.app977@gmail.com.

Where the law asks for a legal reason: we use the information on your phone to provide the game you asked for, we use update connections for our legitimate interest in keeping the game working and secure, and we use a report you send because you asked us to look at it.

11. Security

The game does not ask for passwords and does not send your game data anywhere unless you send us a report (section 5). The ad partner's own data is covered in section 4. Your phone's own lock and security protect the information kept on it.

12. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version will be shown in the game with a new date. If the change matters, you will be asked to agree again.

Art and sound

The tables, cards, chips, icons, backgrounds and other art were made for this game, with the help of AI image tools. The emoji pictures are drawn by your phone's own system font.

Accessibility

Last updated: 18 October 2026

We want everyone to be able to enjoy Blackjack 21 Ace. This statement explains what the game does to be accessible, what is not yet fully accessible, and how to reach us.

1. What the game supports

• Screen readers (TalkBack on Android, VoiceOver on iPhone): the playing buttons (Hit, Stand, Double down, Split, Surrender), the betting chips and bet spots, the cards on the table ("King of hearts"), your chips and level, and the menu, back and close buttons are named.

• Less motion: when your phone is set to remove or reduce animations, the game leaves out its showy win effects (fireworks, gold shower, chip rain).

• Large touch targets for the main controls, and gold and light text on dark backgrounds for strong contrast.

• Sound is never needed to play: every result is also shown on screen, and sound can be turned off in Settings.

• Deal speed can be slowed down in Settings, and every animation can be skipped with a tap on the table.

2. What is not fully accessible yet

Some decorative screens (the battle pass art, the level map, the lucky wheel) are mainly visual, and some figures are drawn as images. We keep improving the game and will add more screen reader support over time.

3. Contact us

If something in the game is hard for you to use, or you need help, please tell us by email at r.b.a.app977@gmail.com. We will do our best to answer and to fix it.
